Faith No More - Angel Dust
Faith No More's 1992 album (re-released in 1999) shows in hindsight why the band split, namely that they couldn't actually decide what style they wished to pursue. It seems that in this case "Musical Differences" may not have been the cop-out reason it usually is. So the album's good, but it's not great, and it's certainly not easy listening.

24 (Season 2)
It's difficult to express how disappointing Season 2 was compared with the pure awesomeness of Season 1. Most of the cast return for another go at repeating the formula, but the first season was so successful, so complete, that it seemed that they were doomed to fail. That they met their destiny with such ruthless efficiency is something of a shame.
